Full refund (minus the cost of return shipping + a 3% restocking fee) when returned within 7 days. 

Return within 30 days for store credit.

Q: What is a restocking fee?

A: When an order is placed online via credit card or paypal, the seller is responsible for paying the 3% transaction surcharge. Once the charge is placed, even the the customer cancels the order within 5 minutes of placing it, the seller is still responsible for paying the 3% fee on the transaction.
